Prices

All prices are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Project 321 believes the contents and specifications of its catalog, website, ads and promotions are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without prior written or oral notice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. The standard shipping method is UPS Standard Ground Service. UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight
(1-Day) are also available at additional costs, and only when requested and approved by Project321. Project321 does not offer C.O.D. delivery.

Returns

No returns are accepted on new or unused products after 30 days of purchase. Returns for warranty consideration must be approved by Project321. Prior to ANY return shipment, call Project321 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). New product must be in original packaging and in a condition fit to sell as new. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. All sales are final on discontinued and close out items.

Liability

All products manufactured and/or distributed by Project321 are offered and designed for use with standard machines. Project321 makes no claims as to the products effectiveness on modified machines. Project321 is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. Project321 reserves the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and model applications at any time without prior written or oral notice and without further obligation. Buyers assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to themselves, a third party and/or property by virtue of failure of these products. By installing and/or using a Project321 product, you hereby accept and understand these stated terms and conditions and have followed all instructional steps.
